Enquiries about availability and booking
The Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo has provided electronic forms and other contents or instruments with which Internet users can inform us of their intentions to request booking for one or more of the structures we have presented.
Sending the electronic form or using other electronic means of communication, such as fax, does not automatically mean the booking request has been met. Specific formal confirmation will be given if there is availability for the requested time period. Upon confirmation, you will be asked to send a deposit, and given the necessary instructions. Upon receipt of this deposit, we will send you a fax with the booking references you must give upon arrival at your destination. According to the best Internet tradition, we prefer e-mail and on-line communication; this makes it possible for us to offer better quality service and greater accuracy in meeting your requirements. Our telephone operators are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for full details of your booking once we have received relative e-mail notification.
E-mail allows us to keep down costs. Help us to keep them as low as possible.

How to book
Booking and deposit charges can vary depending on requirements at particular times, even for the same structure.
In any case, a deposit is required for all bookings. 
Once we have received the booking application form, Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo will reply to your e-mail address as supplied in the booking application form, specifying the conditions to be applied, as well as time requirements for receipt of deposit and related procedure.
Please send nothing until you receive instructions from Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo (exclusively from bedandbreakfast@posadacavallo.it - if there are any doubts, you can ask for confirmation by phone at (+39) 0784.854116). Until you receive final confirmation of availability you will not receive information as to where to send the deposit. Since we cannot quickly handle unexpected sums, you risk making duplicate payment (through no fault of ours) with a delay in reimbursement. 
Even if you have already been our clients in the past, please await our instructions: procedure might not be identical to your past experience. Payment can generally be made by bank draft, money order or payment on postal account.
Time for sending the deposit may be quite short notice, depending on commercial or organizational requirements on our part or depending on the structures involved. Thus, once you have sent the deposit, please send us a copy of the receipt (from the bank draft, money order, or payment to the postal account) by fax at the number (+39) 0784.854116 as soon as possible. This enables us to quickly verify and complete your booking.

Irregularities
Internet users requesting booking are entirely responsible for the authenticity of the information conveyed to Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo. Said responsibility also applies to the structures to be used. 
Specifically, the applicant states that (s)he is of age and is under no legal restriction forbidding her/him to dwell on the premises or use the requested services. 
Violation of said conditions automatically nullifies the contract stipulated. 
Failure to supply requested personal information or submission of false information for completion of booking arrangements, as well as failure to comply with deposit conditions as specified by Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo will result in loss of priority rights and other possible options under way. To this end, even partial failure to comply with stated conditions constitutes total failure of the negotiation. 
In any and all of these cases, Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo states its right to take action at the loss of the Internet User.
Possible justified delays in carrying out the requested procedures must be requested as soon as possible. Such notification should be made by fax to Bed & Breakfast La Posada del Cavallo, (+39) 0784.854116

Final payment
Final payment of the cost of the stay must be made upon arrival at your destination. Under no circumstances will access be allowed without full payment of deposit where requested and total cost of expenses. Failure to comply will result in immediate action plus related charges.
